What a treat!!! The Drury Hotel and Santa Fe welcome The Masterpiece Grill,  classic American food re-imagined to downtown  Santa Fe, just off the Plaza…Chez Zan and Sous Chef Nelson prepare a full range of delicious culinary delights…We spent a few hours photographing the new menu and speciality drinks…Fun to watch Chef melt the pat of butter on the steak with a blow torch for the photograph…Thanks to Will Christopher for his able bodied assisting and to Jamie Walters, regional account manager for her tremendous creative input…And to James the new GM who arranged the bar to perfection!
